Ms. Anna Brizan is a Career Public Officer currently serving as the Permanent Secretary with responsibility for Transport, in the Ministry of Infrastructure Development, Transport and Implementation, Grenada. Her professional focus is that of public service management, and organisational development. She is a graduate of the distinguished business school of Birkbeck, University of London.

She brings to the Transport portfolio a passion and vision to reposition the sector and to strengthen its contribution to Grenada's socio-economic development. Her current interest lies in e-mobility and the design of public private partnership models to deliver safer, affordable and more resilient road transport solutions.
